1. NON ATTENDANCE
It is the responsibility of a delegate’s line manager to notify HCPA that a delegate is no longer able to attend the event. Notice must be given by the 28th November 2018. Any cancellations after this date or no-shows on the day will be charged £25 per head.
The Line Manager can make contact with HCPA by emailing email@example.com
If a delegate does not attend and their line manager has not contacted the HCPA under the above criteria to cancel the delegates place, then the employer will be charged.
We often take photos during our events and use the photos within HCPA's Marketing and Publicity Materials for public consumption online and in print. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are consenting to HCPA using images from the event that may or may not include a photo of you and your colleagues.
